We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who is equal parts curious and scrappy.

Skills The ideal candidate would be up to date in the latest human-centered design and research practices, and visual design principles.
Assists the team throughout the processes of research, ideation, concepting, prototyping, developing, testing, and delivery activities.
Supports the Product Management team in defining business problems, design requirements, and demonstrating solution that align with user needs.
Assists in the facilitation of cross-functional human-centered design sessions and group discussions to drive shared understanding and provide design solutions.
Participates in the development and facilitation of human-centered research efforts, the synthesis of research findings and the generation of insights.
Works to create end-to-end member experiences and documentation of work by leveraging proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and/or content design.
Consistently and effectively presents work, articulates dependencies, and communicates a clear rationale for decisions.
Demonstrates a working understanding of human-centered and service design principles and can leverage relevant methods to solve discrete design problems.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree:
OR 8 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years of relevant, on-the-job experience in a Product Design, UI/UX Design, Service Design or Design Research role delivering complex design systems for web and native applications.
Demonstrated experience designing and supporting digital products inside an Agile environment using human-centered design principles, methods, and problem-solving strategies.
A portfolio that demonstrates working experience designing digital experiences for mobile and web-based applications.
Facilitation, collaboration, and consensus-building skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work fluently in standard applications, including Sketch, Figma, InVision (or comparable prototyping tools), Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated working understanding of new technologies and best practices in website navigation, browsers, mobile patterns, information architecture and usability.
Demonstrated experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Highly motivated, engaging, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting qualitative user research and synthesis to inform the problem space and propose solutions that meet user needs.
Experience working with large datasets to understand metrics and infer user behavior.
Experience working with Agile development teams from conceptual design through the delivery of working software for mobile applications.
Experience creating user personas and user journeys that distill the essence of targeted system users.
Experience with rapid prototyping, including paper prototypes and digital prototypes.
Skill at facilitating Usability Testing sessions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
